At its core, our work is fueled by our passion and craving for the challenge of finding ways to connect with learners. This passion was evident in our early years and has remained so throughout our professional careers.

No matter what role we are in, we seek out where people need help understanding something. We take the time to get to know them, learn the solution, and then formulate a method for delivering the information they need.

EMPATHETIC Teachers By Nature

We started our careers at investment firms at the beginning of the collapse of the dot-com bubble and saw our clients struggle through two of the worst market collapses in decades, during which time we diligently sought ways to educate them on what was happening and provide helpful analysis so that they felt comfortable with their investment strategy.

We identified with this natural desire to teach and soon found our way to software training roles. This experience led to positions as the global heads of training and services for growth-stage software companies.

IMPACTFUL & DYNAMIC Training Executives

We have served as key members of management teams, providing concept-through-execution leadership of comprehensive training and certification programs for SaaS platforms in both the FinTech and QMS space. The success of these programs and the positive impact they had on both the client experience and that of the employees, coupled with the need of many growth-stage software companies to build training programs of their own, has led to the launch of Foley Training Services, LLC in 2016.

Working with software companies to help them envision what a thoughtful training program for their clients and employees should look like, analyzing and organizing a structure for what content is needed, executing on content development, and designing the best delivery method for their learners is what we do.
